Effects of Singing Bowl Sound Meditation on Mood, Tension, and Well-being: An Observational Study

This article I find useful for my practice as it study shows how tension, anxiety, depression, and physical pain can decrease using Tibetan and crystal bowls, and even assists in lower participants with high blood pressure. The study also shows how new participants are highly affected by this mediation!
